Description 

The model SH (JX-106) tunnel fireproof coating is a fireproof coating product independently developed and produced by the company's technical team. It introduces the latest technological concept fromYolinsheng of Germany's. With inorganic fire-resistant and thermal insulation materials as the main components. It is solved the current shortcomings of tunnel fireproof coating in China, such as too thick coating, low fire resistance, low bonding strength, low crack resistance, and low frost resistance. It is an environmentally friendly and high-performance inorganic light weight tunnel fireproof coating.

This product has obtained the China National Compulsory Product Certification and passed the RABT heating method inspection by the Fire Products Qualification Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Public Security. It has achieved a fire resistance time of 120 minutes for heating and 110 minutes for cooling, and its technical indicators meet and exceed the national standard GB28375-2012 "Concrete Structure Fire Resistant Coatings". It has passed the CCCF-CPRZ-17:2019 certification and has obtained a national invention patent. 


Product Usage and Fire Protection Principles  

The model of SH (JX-106) tunnel fireproof coating is applied inside the tunnel to protect the substrate from environmental factors. Due to its non combustible nature, the product can prevent the protected substrate from directly coming into contact with air in case of fire. Additionally, it has a low thermal conductivity, which can delay the transfer of flame temperature to the protected substrate and protect the substrate from softening and collapsing within a certain period of time, thereby improving the refractory limit of the substrate.

● Good Resistance to Acid, Alkali, Freezing and Water


After testing, the coating shows no cracking, peeling, or discoloration, and meets the standard of GB28375-2012 "Fire resistant Coatings for Concrete Structures".

● Excellent Fire Resistance 

The coating has a thin thickness and good fire resistance. The RABT test results show that the temperature rises for 2 hours and decreases for 1.83 hours, with excellent fire and ins- ulation performance, and can withstand the impact of long-term high-temperature flames from hydrocarbon fires.

● Has Sound absorption and Noice Reduction Effect


Significant sound absorption and noise reduction effects on long and curved tunnels.

● Easy to Clean

Application Scope 

It is mainly suitable for fire prevention in highway and railway tunnels, as well as for fire prevention needs in petrochemical engineering, high-rise buildings, steel structures, and underground garages.

Construction Methods  

Supporting system: Tunnel fireproof coating, tunnel mold resistant putty, sealing primer, and tunnel specific topcoat.

Construction Temperature 

Construction should be carried out between 5 and 45 ℃, and should not be carried out in temperatures above 45 ℃ or below 5 ℃, rainy, snowy, foggy, or windy weather.

Storage, transporation and packaging 

1. Storage: Store in a cool, cool, and dry place at a temperature of 5-45 ℃ (avoid long-term storage in an environment below 0 ℃);

Note 

1. The validity period of the coating is 6 months. Once the package is opened, it should be used immediately. Coatings that are affected by moisture and clumps should not be used;

2. When mixing, if the slurry is too dry, the water cement ratio can be appropriately increased, whichever is suitable for construction;

3. The scattered and rebounded slurry during the mixing construction process can be recycled in a timely manner, and can not be reused if it is contaminated or exceeds 2 hours;

4. The construction process can be adjusted appropriately based on the coating design thickness and construction conditions.
